As a business owner in the health and wellness industry for over a decade, I've worn many hats—from running a fitness franchise and teaching group classes through three pregnancies, advocating for safer regulations on personal products, gathering pre-teen girls in our community and teaching them the significance of the mind-body connection, to coaching parents + kids to their full potential and life-long goals.
